Reiki is offered with hands placed lightly on or just above the body. Sound may include Tibetan singing bowls on the body or soft chimes and gongs through the space.

Sound & Vibrational Healing
Singing Bowl Massage. A deeply relaxing full-body experience using Tibetan singing bowls on the body to encourage deep rest and energetic balance. £75 · 75 minutes
1:1 Sound Healing. A private, immersive session using gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and soft chimes. Supports deep rest and alignment through the chakras. £80 · 75 minutes | £90 for 2 people

She offers a calm supportive, safe space for your Reiki and sound healing journey, working through the chakras to support energy flow.
Sessions take place in a peaceful, warm garden studio in Stanmore (address provided on request).
