Classes take place in two locations, both easily accessible from Belmont Circle, Edgware, Bushey, Radlett, Harrow and surrounding areas.

Friday yoga classes take place at Canons Hall, 1-17 Wemborough Road, HA7 2DU.

All other classes take place at a private hideaway studio in Stanmore, the full address is given on request.

Plenty of parking is available at both locations.
